This is a Sarah's Cookies Specialty! First we start with our delicious regular brownies, and then smother cream cheese frosting over the top. After adding a layer of Mint Frosting,  we then top it off by pouring a melted chocolate coating and swirling in white chocolate! C'mon, I dare you!
